Rise Yoga Studio is located in the Pocket Area of Sacramento, California. Our studio  brings busy professionals together in a safe, tranquil space to explore yoga movement and breath. A place devoted to finding deeper awareness and understanding of ourselves, each other and the world around us. We provide qualified instruction and a soothing space so you can experience freedom of movement, inner connection and peace.
